UFO Update May 23, 2015

It’s time to check what has happened in the world of UFOs. If one were to just talk about the sightings which occur all over the world every day, we could probably write a book a day about them. There are so many UFO sightings one does have to wonder why they are being ignored by the government or at the very least why the government is being closed lipped about them.

The Soviet Union:
It has now come to light a US Senator saw a UFO when he made a trip to the Soviet Union. Senator Richard Russell said he was traveling on a train in 1955. He had been sent on a fact-finding mission. As he was looking out the train’s window he saw a saucer shaped UFO taking off from beside the train tracks. When the senator saw the UFO he called his aide to come over quickly and look out of the window. The aide, Lt. Col. Hathaway and an interpreter named Ruben Efron just barely caught sight of the UFO as it was taking off.Β  This was not just your run of the mill senator, if there is such a thing, Russell was the chairman of the Armed Services Committee and a very influential senator. He died in 1971, but one can only imagine the pressure he put on government agencies to find out what he had seen. Some documents which refer to his sighting have been declassified.

United States:
A Marvin Gaye impersonator thought he saw something interesting in the sky over Birnimgham. He decided to take some photos. When he looked at the photos of what he thought was just an interesting rainbow, he was surprised to see cigar-shaped crafts in the sky. Initially he had thought they were just flecks of metal, but as he zoomed in he not only could see they were cigar shaped craft, but he could also see a trail behind them in the photos. UFOs have been reported in this particular area before.

A pilot who flew President Obama in 2008 states he saw a UFO in 1989. The pilot said he was flying over Kansas City and when they climbed into thin clouds he noticed a disk on the side. It was a large disk and paced the plane then turned into a large orange ball. The other pilot on the plane also saw it. He also said he was called by other pilots who also said they saw UFOs.

A former rancher opened an observation platform in 2000 near the Great Sand Dunes National Park. It was built to allow better observing of UFOs and it is now said there have been a lot of observations of UFOs made from the tower which is near Colorado Highway 17, which is known as the Cosmic Highway. “We’ve had so many bizarre experiences here, as well as getting to see things, there’s no doubt in my mind that there’s something going on in this valley,” said Messoline the owner of the land and tower. The tower is known as the UFO Watchtower. The natives in the area believe the valley floor is sacred and it attracts things which cannot be explained. It is to be noted that many American native tribes believe their roots are from the stars.

Australia:
A man who lives in the outback in Australia watched as a UFO headed right over his house. He went on to say that since 2008 he has been seeing UFOs and photographing them. He said the latest UFO photo was the real deal.

Canada:
A Canadian man and his wife claim they saw a couple of strange objects in the sky and watched as they darted from one spot to another. The man said he was at a loss for words and muttered “What the hell was that?” The sighting took place in Esquimalt, British Colombia. They ran out to their balcony to film the event. The husband said, “I have never seen anything like this in my life. I’m a very skeptical person.” The couple said the object was the size of a car. They also said it had light spinning in different directions. The object changed colors from pink to white and also changed shape which would seem to eliminate the drone theory.

Spain:
A photographer is said to have taken pictures of a fleet of 14 UFOs which were shaped like batons and flew in the skies above Madrid. The photos were said to have been taken late in 2014. The photographer said he watched the UFOs for over 90 seconds before they disappeared behind tall buildings. He went on to say, “there were no wings, no audible sound, no propellers, no finned-empennage, no smoke, no contrails. My best guesstimate is that they were at an altitude of 8 kilometers, some 3-4-5 meters in length each.”

Outer Space:
We have been studying the dwarf planet Ceres lately and it is famous for a couple of mysterious lights which seem to be emanating from it. NASA has been photographing Ceres from the Dawn space craft and it caught a UFO circling the lights. It turns out there are not two lights on Ceres but many lights. Sorry About Facts doesn’t use live links to other websites. NASA either doesn’t know anything about the source of the lights or they are not talking. They must be unusual or why would a UFO be interested in them? I am sure if NASA has to comment about the UFO they will say it is only a shadow of the spacecraft even though there have been no other shadows from it since it has been there.

Chile:
A UFO was seen in the skies above the Collahuasi copper mine in northern Chile in 2013 and it has been the focus of investigation ever since. The government has concluded this object was a UFO and not a drone or anything else identifiable as being made here. It was a gleaming silver disk shaped object. The CEFAA took great pains to rule out such things as experimental aircraft, planes, balloons or any other objects which could have explained the sightings. The CEFAA is part of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), which is the equivalent of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, and under the authority of the Chilean Air Force.
