Are We About to Meet Extraterrestrials? It is almost as if everyone now accepts the fact there has to be intelligent alien life in the universe. This has come about not because most of us have met aliens, but because we have found so many exoplanets which seem to be in the right areas to support life. While this is a consideration, it does seem to eliminate other planets because we think the conditions on them could be too harsh for life to exist, and we certainly could be wrong about this. There is something about this I would like to say. We know nature adjusts to create certain conditions so life can exist and there is almost nothing which has no use in nature. Sometimes we think there is, but then we find out if we eliminate whatever we are talking about it affects other things which causes problems for us. Think about this, why would nature create such a huge universe unless it had a purpose? If we were the only life in the universe, would we need more than just a sun and a planet in the right position for life? I don’t think so. Even if we needed the entire solar system would we need a galaxy and billions of other galaxies? There has to be a purpose to the universe and it seems it is there to support all different types of life and we are on the verge of finding this out. A scientist has just come out and said alien life now seems inevitable and possibly imminent. One of the problems the common people like us have is we are not privy to what is going on at times, and there are plenty of stories about aliens meeting with members of our government and others. When I interviewed Eisenhower’s great granddaughter, she told me she had knowledge of President Eisenhower meeting with aliens and turning them down when they offered technology if we would get rid of our nuclear weapons. To those who think the government could never keep a secret, I have to say this is wishful thinking, there have been many secrets kept over the years. Some have been major secrets and others not so major. Remember when the war started in Iraq and we sent the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk attack plane there? This plane was a stealth plane which had been top secret and we were shocked when we found out about its existence. When things like this happen, it is usually an indication foreign governments have already found out about them. A lot of people are no longer asking the question of are we alone, they are asking when will we meet extraterrestrials? It seems funny to me, because if someone would have asked this question when I was a kid, they would have been laughed out of the room. This has slowly changed until a majority of people feel there has to be others out there. I am not talking about microbes and such, I am talking about intelligent life. We know so little about life that we should not discount the fact intelligent life could be the size of a microbe or the size of a planet and anything in between. There might even be intelligent life on this planet we are not aware of. When scientists started to realize there could be other dimensions this had a special meaning as far as life was concerned. It meant not only could bizarre forms of intelligent life exist in other dimensions, but we might not be able to use our senses to detect it. A theory was put forth which stated other dimensions might be right here on this planet which we cannot detect. What could this mean to us. It could mean we are living right next to other life and don’t realize it. Whether that other life could detect us is undetermined. If there is other life sharing space with us, it might account for some of the strange things which have been observed happening on earth, such as things moving which seem to be doing it on their own, voices and noises and even people being scratched. Some have said they thought there was a chance when we die, we really just go to another dimension, which means they might still exist here in a different form. I don’t know what I think about that, but I always keep an open mind. There is another thought but it seem too crazy for me to consider, but I will tell you what it is. It seems there are a few people who think there are billions of universes and there is a chance only one race of intelligent beings exist in each one. That would have to be the biggest waste of space there ever was. It goes back to what I said before about nature supplying just what is needed. I am not saying I don’t think there are no other universes, because we just don’t know, I am just saying to only have one race in each one sounds ridiculous. I agree with those who think we are on the verge of meeting extraterrestrials. I say this because if they are studying us, they know we are on the verge of space exploration in a meaningful way and it won’t be long before we are able to travel much faster than we can with rocket power. We know we have to reach speeds far in excess of light speed if we want to get anywhere and I have faith in humanity and think it is just a matter of time. Where might be the first place intelligent aliens would want to meet with us? Many say it is the United Nations. It has even been pictured this way in some movies. If that happens it would have to be on notice and this would make me wonder if some earthly power would try and do something to stop this for reasons unknown. It could be some big oil power might not want a meeting like this to take place because they wouldn’t want alien energy technology to be given out which would replace their money making oil reserves. There could also be many other reasons for this. I am all for meeting with aliens, it would be about time. The ancient explorers wanted to meet with others on this planet and this is the space equivalent. A culture must expand or die and that was why so much trade existed between ancient people. It made everyone involved prosperous. The same could happen if we trade with space faring races. I think a perfect place for that first meeting might be at the space station or on the moon. The only problem would be how to get the world leaders there which is impossible at the moment. We would need to hitch a ride on a UFO.
