Alien Abductions and Missing Time
When people talk about missing time, they don’t always realize they might have been the subject of alien abduction. There are those who go through their entire lives without knowing what happened to them. Missing time is not always caused by this phenomenon, so for some, missing time may not mean much, and they put it out of their mind. There are things all of us dismiss, but could we be dismissing some things which are more important than we realize? There have been estimates which have come out about the amount of people who have been abducted in the United States and the figures are a lot higher than were first suspected.
Belief in aliens has increased tremendously in recent years, from just a few percent to almost fifty percent with some claiming the number is more like fifty one percent, which would put it at the majority of people. When asked how many believed aliens had visited the earth the number was thirty nine percent. The survey was taken by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. When we talk about people who have seen a UFO things get tricky. The reason for this is there are so many things which get misidentified in the sky. It has been estimated that of all the UFO sightings only about five percent are actual alien craft. This estimate follows closely the amount of unsolved UFO sightings by Project Blue Book, a U.S. Air Force study which claimed the number to be around six percent.
Missing time is one of the things alien abductees all seem to have in common. Many of the abductees remember something. Some feel uneasy and found marks on their bodies they cannot account for. Others remember creatures entering their room, and many describe them as Greys, those short aliens who are thin, have big black eyes, and large heads. They remember not being able to move, and floating, then nothing else because the next thing they remember is waking up in bed. Some have found strange objects under their skin, and a few have gone to doctors to have the objects examined, and removed. Doctor Roger Leir was one of those doctors who said he had removed quite a few of these objects, and they were very strange for several reasons. They put out a radio signal, had no entry marks, were surrounded by some sort of tissue which stopped them from being rejected by the body, and they tried to move out of the way while he was trying to extract them. One of his former patients contacted me and I verified the fact with the doctor she was actually a patient who had a device removed. The good doctor passed away in 2014. Rest in peace Doctor Leir.
The first time an alien abduction came to light in modern times was the case of Betty and Barney Hill. They were driving home at night and noticed a light in the sky following them. As the light got closer they began to get nervous. Barney had a gun, and took it out. The light became a craft, and landed in front of his car. At that moment they became paralyzed. They were taken into the craft and returned back to the car some time later with no memory of the event except for lost time. Betty began to dream about aliens and such and when she told Barney he stated he has some of the same dreams. They had attended a talk in their church about hypnosis and decided to try it and eventually were referred to a man named Simon. He did not believe in extraterrestrials, but felt something was really bothering Betty Hill, so he agreed to try hypnotism on her. He began the sessions on both of them, and they lasted for about six months. Betty had stated she was able to talk to one of the aliens who was very nice to her, and when she asked him where he came from he brought her over to a map and said it showed where they had originated from. Betty remember the map and it was later matched to a specific region of space by an amateur astronomer named Fish. Barney also remembered the ship, and the experiments after hypnotism. The map showed the star system of Zeta Reticuli.
I would like to mention the fact many skeptics claim these people were not abducted by aliens at all and the reason they think they were is the hypnotist put thoughts into their head whether on purpose, or by accident, which made them think they had been abducted. While they cling to this idea they can never explain the fact the map Betty had remember was subject to years of research until a match came up. The odds of this are incredible and there are even other cases which had witnesses to some of the events before the hypnotism took place. Since these are famous cases I have probably mentioned them before so bear with me.
In 1975 Travis Walton was in a truck with his logger buddies. They had been working on a job in Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest near Snowflake, Arizona. As they were riding in the truck they saw a flying saucer on the ground. Walton wanted to get out of the truck and examine the object, and the other men warned him not to go, but he headed toward it anyway. The object sent out a beam of light and knocked him unconscious. The others six men saw this and panicked and drove away without him. Walton said when he woke up he was in a room with three short bald creatures standing over him. He said he fought with them, but a human wearing a helmet came in and took him to another room. He went on to say three other humans put a plastic mask over his face and he remembered nothing after that, and found himself walking on a highway. He could see the saucer leaving above his head. The six men were given lie detector tests and all passed but one who had an inconclusive result. Walton had been missing for five days. Skeptics claim Walton was able to defeat the lie detector test, but what about the rest of the witnesses who passed? They seem to avoid this part of the tests. One skeptic disavowed all lie detector test. Give me a break. It is just as if the other witnesses didn’t exist when critics go after Walton. I have never heard of this many witnesses defeating a lie detector test, have you?
Missing time events happen more frequently than we know, and they are not always associated with UFOs or aliens. One guy was driving home from work and entered a fog bank. He only lived about five miles down the road. He knew how long it would take to get home and when he pulled out of the fog he was astounded to see he had driven ten miles out of his way and yet he was only on the road for three minutes. That type of speed in a normal car would be impossible.
One person who also entered a fog in his car got very scared because he noticed his car was moving at an impossible speed. He became very disorientated. He started to fall unconscious as his car came to two sharp hairpin turns and at the speed he was going they would have been impossible to make. When he woke he was in the parking lot of a convenience store on the other side of the turns. He arrived at the store in an impossible short amount of time.
