Did Nikola Tesla Have Other Inventions?
Do you like rumors? Maybe you don’t and most of the time neither do I, but the rumors about inventions created by Nikola Tesla we never found out about are truly fascinating. Some say what I am about to tell you is pure fiction and maybe they are right, but there is always the chance they are wrong. Tesla was one of the most amazing men ever to walk this planet and he consistently built things which were over 100 years ahead of their time, if not more. That is the reason I would like to talk about what are called little know inventions.
Let me start by asking you if you have ever seen Star Trek? It doesn’t matter if it was one of the television series or movies, either way you would have become familiar with the transporter. I have often asked if we had a transporter how would we really know the rebuilt person coming out of it would be the same as the person who went into it even if they believed they were. This ties in with an invention which was said to have been created by Tesla. It is said he created what he described as a magnifying transmitter. It not only was said to transmit energy, but matter to other locations and the matter could be alive. Supposedly it didn’t come to pass, because there was a very big problem. The machine was said to create copies of objects and transport them even if they were alive. It is obvious you wouldn’t want to transport a human this way even though it was said all memories were kept intact. I guess today we would call this a clone machine.
Another machine which Tesla was said to have invented was an electrical doomsday machine. Sound familiar. Today we call a device which can do this an EMP which stands for electromagnetic pulse weapon. I don’t know if the device Tesla was supposed to have created worked exactly the same way, but after hearing a description of it, it seems it did. Here is even a weirder part of the story, it is said the weapon has been sitting in the Australian desert for decades. I have to wonder if we had this weapon would we have used it in World War II on the Germans or Japanese to knock out communications. Maybe not, since there were no computers to knock out.
It is said Tesla was not satisfied with the current mode of transportation and he thought he could create airships which were not only electrically-powered but fast, very fast. He had the idea to use wireless energy to power these ships and it was said he had even figured out how to draw power from the atmosphere. He envisioned flight times of 3 hours from London to New York, faster than we usually travel today. On top of that he had invented a remote control device and was thinking about pilotless ships. Today we call things like these drones. It has been said that in the future pilots will not be necessary, which makes Tesla’s vision of the future even more accurate.
Tesla had been asked by an engineer named Georges Lakhovsky for help. Lakhovsky believed the oscillation of the cells in the body was the key to their good health. He asked Tesla to help him build a Multiple Wave Oscillator. Lakhovsky said the machine removed pathogens and cured diseases, but it is not very highly regarded today. This is putting it kindly, many call it medical quackery. Tesla had also made an outstanding discovery. He found that the earth had terrestrial stationary waves. He then found he could use these waves as a way to transmit energy and that is how he lit lamps which were over 32 miles away without using wires.
The US government denies the fact the Philadelphia Experiment ever took place and there is a certain amount of ridicule attached to it, so that anyone who publicly says they believe it was real will be laughed at. Some say not only did it take place and a ship was transmitted through time and space, they also say Einstein and Tesla were responsible for creating the experiment. The story goes the experiment went bad and many on the ship which was part of the experiment died in horrible ways such as becoming part of the ship’s plating and such.
There is a persistent story about a Tesla inventing an electric car, but one that ran not on batteries, but on cosmic rays. The story was said to have started when a man who said he was the nephew of Tesla told another man that in 1931 his uncle took him to Buffalo, N.Y. in 1931 and showed him a modified Pierce-Arrow automobile. When he looked under the hood he noticed the motor was gone and in its place was a large brushless AC electric motor. There was also a box under the hood connected to the motor. It was said to have 12 vacuum tubes in it and connected on one end to a six foot long antenna. He said he rode in the car and it went as fast as 90 miles per hour at a time and traveled for 50 miles over an eight day period. This was called a myth by some and reality by others, but the car hasn’t been found.
One has to wonder what other inventions Tesla created which we know nothing about? Could there still be undiscovered inventions which would revolutionize the world? Using what we would call today ancient electrical technology didn’t stop Nikola Tesla from making incredible advances and it is still possible one or more of his greatest inventions are waiting to be found or locked up in some government vault somewhere.
