Paranormal investigators are very excited about what some believe is a ghost caught by a video camera. The ghost was said to be walking around the Pocatello High School in Idaho. Every once in a while a surveillance camera catches something which is hard to explain. The investigators claim the ghost was caught walking through the school during the winter break. The school has their break in December. The camera picked up a dark shadow which was in the shape of a man. The Scientific Paranormal Investigative Research Organization was called in to investigate. An investigator said, "We have watched it multiple times and even slowed it down and really analyzed it. It's a really great piece of footage." Another investigator said, "You can see that it's not necessarily a person, but more so a translucent figure walking down the hall.” It wasn’t only the mysterious figure which interested the investigators but also the hall lights turning on and off at various times. The school had several suicides over the years and was burned down in 1914 and rebuilt. A famous Indian actress named Sanjjanaa has stated she was shooting a horror film which had to do with the paranormal when she began to feel a presence and it disturbed her so much she began to get headaches and dreaded going back to the set to finish the filming. An actress named Soundarya was killed in a plane crash while filming a horror movie. She had complained of eerie feelings while on the set and another actress Vimala Raman who was in the sequel also complained that she had paranormal experiences with spirits attacking her during the filming.Β  Is this mind over matter or was the paranormal truly involved. We may never know.
Amateur ghost hunters have said they uncovered a variety of signs of paranormal activity in the Grand Central Terminal in New York City. They claim to have seen optical anomalies and unusual changes in temperatures. A seasoned ghost hunter who was with them said, "These strange occurrences were also accompanied by other unusual readings we experienced on our equipment as well." He went on to say, "Due to Grand Central's connection with New York's past history, this terminal makes for one heck of an adventure especially from a paranormal perspective."

Here is an interesting fact about the horror film Annabelle. It is based on a doll which is possessed. It is said the doll was based upon an actual doll. The owner of the original doll claims he used to find messages around the house which were written in pencil and looked childlike and were on parchment paper. The messages said “Help Us.” He said he didn’t own any parchment paper. Another movie named “When The Lights Went Out” was said to have been based on a true story. It was about an area in Yorkshire, United Kingdom where a spirit named “The Black Monk of Ponterfract” terrified people. It is said the demon would throw things, make puddles, freeze rooms and make all sorts of noises. There is a story of a 12 year old child being dragged up the stairs by the throat. A neighbor claims that even though the house is empty she hears banging.

A crew of ghost hunters descended on the abandoned Sheffield factory in the U.K. They had dozens of people with them. The paranormal investigators said, “We explored the dark and derelict building. We conducted sΓ©ances, used a Ouija board and felt table tipping. Our group heard tapping noises in answer to our questions and we determined it was a male spirit. “These taps were witnessed by about 12 people – by the team, guests and Karl and Yvette. Guests also witnessed shadowy figures fleeting across dark rooms – a very eerie atmosphere.”

CNN has called the Moon River Brewery in Savannah Georgia the most haunted location in the United States. Personally I have heard this about many different locations, so excuse me if I am skeptical. Anyway a ghost hunter weekend is planed where the Brewery will be investigated again. Adam Berry from Ghost Hunters will accompany the investigators. The Brewery is normally off limits to the public. The Brewery is on the site of a former upscale hotel. Many duels took place in the period and a murder reportedly took place. The basement was an area which held slaves. The building then became a hospital and many children died of yellow fever. In 1864 it became the brewery.

Monmouth University in New Jersey has a long history of being haunted. The university was founded in 1933. Employees have said they witnessed the spirit of a woman walking down the staircase in the library at night. An investigator went into the library and stayed as late as possible. There have been stories about a white figure which was seen in the courtyard at night, noises in the hallway and doors and windows opening and closing by themselves. Disembodied screams have also been reported and some people have reported the sound of a crackling fire near an elevator shaft which a blaze occurred years ago which killed two firemen.

Paranormal investigators will be conducting an investigation at the Grade One listed building on High Street at Lincoln’s Guildhall in the U.K. There have been rumors of objects appearing and disappearing, the sound of iron locks opening and closing and reports of a ghostly lady walking up the stairs. “Since it was first used in 1520, the Guildhall has been the location of several ghost sightings and reports of other spooky activity. It’s hardly surprising, considering it houses a number of pieces of impressive Β and historic regalia, including Richard II’s sword.”
